TA AML KYC Senior Administrator
Your Day-to-Day:
• Perform accurate and timely AML/KYC reviews for new and existing investors in accordance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements
• Conduct due diligence and verification checks to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies and procedures
• Maintain and update AML/KYC records and databases with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure proper retention, archiving and scanning of investor documentation in both electronic and physical formats
• Support onboarding and periodic review processes related to Transfer Agency activities
• Assist in internal and external audit reviews, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up of audit points
• Contribute to AML review exercises, internal controls and regulatory reporting activities
• Support the implementation and monitoring of departmental business control programs
• Liaise with clients, fund managers and internal stakeholders regarding AML/KYC documentation and follow-up requests
• Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases to management in line with internal procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, UCITS requirements and Luxembourg regulatory standards
• Monitor regulatory updates and contribute to process and procedural improvements
• Collaborate with international teams and operational stakeholders to ensure efficient processing and service quality
Your Profile:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC, Transfer Agency Operations or Financial Services
• Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations and UCITS requirements in Luxembourg
• Experience performing investor due diligence and compliance reviews
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience supporting audits, control functions or regulatory reviews is considered an asset
• Good knowledge of office tools and AML/KYC operational systems
• Strong organisational, analytical and escalation management skills
• Client-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French, German, Italian or Spanish are considered an advantage
