Bruno holds MBA in International Management, he has professional experiences within large international Investment Fund Service Providers such as Citibank, BNP Paribas Securities Services and Caceis. Bruno worked in Brussels, Paris and Luxembourg. He has been involved in major projects including client integration, the management of cross-border projects in Fund Administration and Middle Office in order to optimize STP rate and to harmonize financial reporting platforms between New-York, Paris and Luxembourg.

At the end of 2017 I was looking for something different, a place where my identity could be recognized by an employer open to new ideas. I am currently performing an assignment as deputy of Head of NAV calculation for an international Fund Service Provider Bank in Luxembourg. What is the opportunity?

Your role as Project Manager Officer is to define and coordinate the resources of the different projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

  1. Communicate and enforce current project management standards and best practices
  2. Identify, secure and coordinate the implementation of internal and external resources and expertise to achieve project objectives
  3. Collaborate with functional areas in the supervision of project, which includes work allocation, planning, prioritization, training and problem resolution

What is the opportunity?

Your role as Business Analyst is to assess, analyze and understand the business and the system needs. After what you will propose recommendations and solutions.

Fund Accountant

What is the opportunity?

The Accountant position is held by the accounting team in charge of the entities and fund investing through private capital investment strategy such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt.

The various types of vehicles (SICAV, FCP, SICAF, SICAR, Securitization Vehicles, Limited Partnership, Unit Trust, Holding companies and General Partnership) included in the portfolio are allocated among the team and the allocation may change during the course of the year.

In this role, you will be in charge of the various tasks related to the accounting and NAV closing process. It will be its responsibility to ensure that the agreed timeline will be respected and to report any issue on due course.

Your Main Responsibilities

Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to resolve problems and increase effectiveness and efficiencies? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate calculation of the Net Asset Value of the funds assigned
  2. Act as main point of contact for your client portfolio
  3. Participate in the valuation process of underlying investments
  4. Oversee and prepare audited and unaudited financial statements, annual reports of administered entities
  5. Providing assistance to complex NAV queries and problems
  6. Making recommendations to improve processes for a more efficient service

The success Keys Needed

You have:

  1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  2. Experience in Fund Accounting
  3. An understanding of Lux GAAP and the consolidation principles
  4. Strong technical and analytical skills
  5. An good command of Microsoft Excel, VBA is an asset
  6. Knowledge of GP3 will be considered a plus
  7. The ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
