Business Implementation FA
Your Day-to-Day:
• Support business implementation activities related to Fund Accounting operations
• Analyse and validate Fund Accounting processes, controls and operational workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert for Fund Accounting topics and operational issues
• Collaborate with operational, IT and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and enhancements
• Participate in onboarding, migration and transformation initiatives related to investment funds
• Perform functional analysis, testing and validation of operational changes and system updates
• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives within Fund Accounting activities
• Support reconciliation, NAV oversight and accounting controls when required
• Ensure accurate documentation of business processes, operational procedures and project deliverables
• Assist with issue resolution, investigations and production support activities
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and successful project delivery
• Participate in release and change management activities impacting Fund Accounting environments
Your Profile:
• Strong experience in Fund Accounting operations within the financial industry
• Previous experience as Fund Accounting SME, Business Implementation Specialist or Accounting OPC Manager is highly valued
• Good understanding of investment funds operations, NAV processes and accounting controls
• Experience working on operational transformation, onboarding or migration projects
• Knowledge of Multifonds platform is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to interact with operational, technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and delivery-oriented environments
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in French and/or English
