Global Business Change Management Officer (m/f)

Your mission:

Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations-requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria resulting to the following tasks:

  • Analyse and document/update the Private Capital business processes (could be from Investor registry to Regulatory Reporting, including Asset Ownership or Accounting)
  • Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain
  • Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models
  • Participate to the prioritization of the change request among the other with N+1
  • Assistance during User Acceptance Testing as required
  • Manage daily progress of changes working closely to IT Teams
  • Ensure relationship between Operations & IT Teams
  • Ensure maintenance of User guides & other referential
  • Ensure implementation of the changes cross-location
  • Organize workshop cross-location when needed
  • Ensure proper project management & status understandable from lower to higher level of the hierarchy Private Capital

Your profile:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Professional Experience:

  • You have more than 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of Private Capital fund administration (Operations or IT ideally)
  • You are experienced with eFront FrontInvest solutions (Operations, IT Support, Business Analyst, etc…)

Transversal Skills :

  • You are detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • You are able to work well both as an individual and part of a team
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to multi-tasking

Language Skills:

  • You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French or German will be considered as an asset)
