Transaction Administrator Legal / Corporate Secretary

Your Responsibilities

  • Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) including KYC.
  • Assistance at transaction Closings
  • Reviewing transaction documents
  • Handling daily management of SPVs
  • Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings
  • Manage opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • Assistance at liquidation of companies
  • Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and liquidators
  • Liaising with other group companies
  • Complete timesheets accurately and timely

Soft Skills

  • More than 2 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity
  • A team player in international environment
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus
