Transaction Administrator Legal / Corporate Secretary
Your Responsibilities
- Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) including KYC.
- Assistance at transaction Closings
- Reviewing transaction documents
- Handling daily management of SPVs
- Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings
- Manage opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Assistance at liquidation of companies
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and liquidators
- Liaising with other group companies
- Complete timesheets accurately and timely
Soft Skills
- More than 2 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.
- Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity
- A team player in international environment
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus
