Senior Project Manager – IT & Business Transformation
Your day to day
- Lead and oversee an IT and Business transformation project involving a new ERP and target operating model.
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders throughout the transformation.
- Support project governance, planning, risk management and delivery.
- Work closely with PMO, testing and change management teams.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project delivery and transformation activities.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the new ERP and operating model.
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT and Business transformation projects.
- Strong experience managing complex ERP implementation or transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project governance, planning and delivery.
- Experience in the energy sector is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Autonomous, structured and able to work in a complex transformation environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Luxembourg.
- Workload: **50–100%**, to be confirmed
