Senior Business Analyst – Transfer Agency 

Your day-to-day

  • Analyse business requirements related to Transfer Agency processes, with a focus on trailer fees 
  • Perform functional testing of new features and monitor their impact on existing processes 
  • Ensure control and validation of project changes, including associated reporting 
  • Provide functional expertise on Transfer Agency systems, including multi-funds platforms and related tools 
  • Support business analysis activities (requirements gathering, gap analysis, validation) 
  • Contribute to project delivery by preparing documentation for process updates and system enhancements 
  • Organize and deliver training sessions on new functionalities and process changes 
  • Assess and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Produce and maintain user documentation and knowledge base materials 
  • Participate in release management activities (pre- and post-production checks, validation, monitoring) 
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollout 

Your profile

  • Strong experience in Transfer Agency operations, especially trailer fees processes
  • Solid understanding of calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and KPIs
  • Proven expertise with multi-funds Transfer Agency systems and associated reporting tools 
  • Experience working on business analysis and/or project management topics 
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g. TA platforms, reporting solutions) 
  • Ability to manage testing phases and validate system changes 
  • Strong documentation and knowledge management skills 
  • Experience in release management and production environments is a plus 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment 
  • Fluent in English and French
