Accounting manager
Your Day-to-Day:
• Oversee and manage the full general ledger accounting for investment entities (HoldCos, Funds, SPVs) under Lux GAAP
• Supervise and review accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, loan interest, and amortization processes
• Ensure accuracy and timely execution of month-end and year-end closings, in line with accounting policies and deadlines
• Review and validate bank reconciliations and accounting data processed in systems such as Yardi
• Coordinate and validate payment processes, ensuring proper controls and compliance
• Lead VAT and tax-related activities, including review of VAT returns and contribution to CIT / DT calculations
• Act as key point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting quality
• Support and guide junior team members when applicable
Your Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg (Funds, Real Estate, HoldCos, SPVs)
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP, VAT, and tax environment (CIT / DT)
• Experience with Yardi or similar accounting systems
• Proven ability to manage closings, review work, and ensure quality deliverables
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while managing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders (internal & external)
• Fluent in English (French is an asset)
