IT Project Manager
Your day-to-day
• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and our client’s stakeholders.
• Migration Execution: Define data mapping, cutover strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system integrations while minimizing business disruption.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop detailed project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify technical dependencies, handle change requests, and implement mitigation plans to maintain compliance in highly regulated environments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT developers, compliance, AML/KYC experts, operational staff) toward a unified project timeline.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
Your profile
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and migrations within the financial sector.
• Excellent command of project management methodologies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and exceptional communication and executive synthesis skills.
• Languages: Fluent and professional command of French and English.
