IT Production Support
Your day to day
• Application Management: Deploy, patch, and configure core banking systems and third-party financial applications.
• Access & Security: Manage user roles, permissions (sudo rules), and enforce security policies (SOX, audit trails).
• Incident & Problem Management: Provide advanced troubleshooting across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Vendor & Integration Support: Work with third-party software vendors to manage upgrades, API connectivity, backups, and disaster recovery.
Your profile
• Expertise in Linux system administration (users, groups, file systems, processes, network).
• Strong scripting skills using Bash/Shell, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with patching processes, vulnerability remediation, and ITIL-based operational support.
• Ability to work in regulated or enterprise environments with change and release management processes.
