GP4 Fund Accounting Application Specialist

Your day-to-day

• Manage and support a fund accounting application used for investment fund accounting and NAV calculation. 
• Ensure the application’s stability, availability and overall performance. 
• Monitor daily operations and coordinate application maintenance with internal IT teams. 
• Lead Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) activities following data corruption or major incidents. 
• Coordinate restoration processes to meet defined recovery objectives (RPO/RTO).
• Validate recovered data and ensure its consistency before returning the application to production. 
• Perform data reconciliation and investigate missing, duplicated or inconsistent transactions across interconnected systems. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to validate recovered data and support manual data reconstruction when required. 
• Maintain and enhance application support documentation, recovery procedures and disaster recovery guidelines. 
• Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of operational resilience. 
• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, infrastructure specialists and business users during recovery activities. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth incident resolution and business continuity.

Your profile

• Proven experience supporting fund accounting applications, ideally GP4 Fund Accounting or a similar platform. 
• Strong understanding of Fund Accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation processes. 
• Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery and Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) procedures. 
• Good knowledge of RPO, RTO, data recovery methodologies and business continuity principles. 
• Experience performing data reconciliation and validating application data after recovery activities. 
• Ability to work effectively with both technical infrastructure teams and business users. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to incident management. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
• Comfortable producing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures. 
• Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
