Data Officer – Aladdin Migration Project
Your Day-to-Day:
• Participate in the implementation of new workflows within the BlackRock Aladdin (BRS) platform
• Review and define business data processes related to securities creation, complex instruments and corporate actions
• Analyse and improve data quality controls to ensure integrity and consistency across Front and Middle Office systems
• Support migration activities between legacy systems and the Aladdin platform during parallel run phases
• Build, execute and maintain business testing plans for migration and transformation activities
• Monitor and validate critical data flows across operational systems
• Contribute to system decommissioning activities for legacy environments
• Collaborate with operational, IT and project teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollout of new processes
• Participate in data analysis, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, procedures and testing evidence
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and internal governance standards
Your Profile:
• Strong experience in financial operations, referential data management or business support within the financial industry
• Good understanding of securities lifecycle, corporate actions and investment operations
• Experience working with BlackRock Aladdin (BRS) platform is highly valued
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality focus
• Experience with testing activities, migration projects and parallel run execution
• Good understanding of Front-to-Back operational processes
• Knowledge of Reuters, Power BI and Office 365 tools is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Rigorous, organised and solution-oriented approach
• ITIL Foundation and AML Compliance knowledge are considered assets
• Fluent in French and English
