Corporate Actions Officer (m/f)
Your Role:
- Assist the monitoring of the activity (paper forms, Excel extracts)
- Prepare and send SWIFT messages: MEET, LIQU, EXRI, EXTM, WRTH
- Prepare and send SWIFT messages MT54X
- accounting of the transaction if necessary and reconciliation of position
- check necessary data for coupon payment and send request for funds via email to issuers
- verify the correctness of migrated data prioritizing the securities with upcoming coupons
- input the data in the new CRM system (recovery of data from Excel files and input in
- Salesforce)
Personal skills:
- Knowledge of Swift Aliance
- Knowledge of SWIFT
- Knowledge of Corporate actions
- Preferably experience in T24
- Preferably experience in Salesforce
- English and French
