Client Onboarding Manager

Your Day-to-Day 

• Strategic Coordination: Act as the central interface between Client Development and operational teams (Ops, Legal, Compliance, KYC, Billing, BI) to ensure seamless onboarding of complex legal structures (Project scope: 50+ Billion EUR). 
• Governance & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end follow-up of the Business Acceptance Committee (BAC) tasks and provide specialized support for the KYC process to ensure full regulatory compliance. 
• Contract Management: Maintain oversight of legal agreements and the Global Rate Card, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy across the project lifecycle.
• Flagship Management: Provide dedicated coordination for « New Flagships, » ensuring priority structures receive the necessary operational focus and resources.
• Reporting & Analytics: Produce high-quality reporting and dashboards to track project progression, identify bottlenecks, and deliver clear insights to internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster close collaboration across departments, facilitating rapid issue resolution and ensuring project milestones are met in alignment with organizational objectives.

Your Profile

Core Competencies (Niveau de compétence : Maîtrise):

• Control: Absolute rigor in auditing end-to-end processes, from KYC and Billing to complex legal documentation and governance frameworks.
• Communicate: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, legal departments, and commercial stakeholders through structured, high-quality, and professional exchanges.
• Coordinate: Proven track record in orchestrating multi-stakeholder projects, managing parallel priorities, and driving complex operational transformations without friction.

Technical Expertise:

• Sound knowledge of the investment fund industry and asset servicing operational workflows.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulatory requirements and the Business Acceptance Committee (BAC) process.
• Experience in producing management reporting and data-driven dashboards (BI tools proficiency is a strong asset).
• Project Mindset: Solutions-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working in a high-priority, change-driven environment.
• Fluent in English, French is considered a strong asset for internal coordination.
