Business Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly identified, documented and translated into actionable requirements.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. 
  • Facilitate discussions with business users to understand operational processes and challenges. 
  • Produce high-quality business requirement documents, process maps and use cases. 
  • Define and maintain stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Support prioritisation of requirements and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Ensure traceability between business needs and solution requirements. 
  • Collaborate closely with Functional Analysts, Architects, UX specialists and project stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to impact assessments, gap analyses and business process optimisation initiatives. 
  • Participate in governance meetings and provide status reporting on analysis activities. 

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex IT or transformation programmes. 
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder management. 
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus among multiple stakeholders. 
  • Good understanding of business process modelling methodologies. 
  • Experience producing use cases, user stories and business requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS, Visio or similar. 
  • Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills. 
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and fast-changing environments. 
  • Fluent French is mandatory. Additional European languages are considered an asset.
