SPV Accountant
Your day to day
• Manage the accounting activities of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including bookkeeping,
reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and
internal procedures
• Support the preparation of NAV calculations, cash reconciliations, and reporting packages for
stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and other external service providers
• Monitor financial transactions, accruals, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance-related requests when required
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality
Your profile
• Proven experience as an SPV Accountant, Fund Accountant, or in a similar accounting role within the
investment funds, private equity, real estate, or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of SPV structures, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Hands-on, reliable, and operational profile with the ability to onboard quickly
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders, including auditors, administrators, and service providers
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• A minimum of several years of relevant experience is preferred; junior profiles will not be prioritised
