UI/UX Expert
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a UI/UX Expert to design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that improve usability, efficiency and user satisfaction across a portfolio of business applications.
Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct user research and gather user experience requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions with stakeholders.
- Create personas, customer journeys and user flows.
- Design wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and clickable demonstrations.
- Define and maintain design systems and UI standards.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Analysts and development teams.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Support continuous improvement of digital products and user experiences.
- Contribute to design governance and UX best practices.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work.
- Experience with user research, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility, usability and ergonomic principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and front-end design concepts.
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working within complex digital transformation programmes.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
