Transfer Agent (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Receive and process the subscriptions, redemptions, capital call, dividends and transfers
- Issue the subscription, redemption, capital call, dividends and transfer confirmations and send them to the clients
- Produce and send the monthly holding statements to the clients
- Reconcile the register with the fund accounting system
- Maintain and update the register
- Respect the transmission deadlines
- Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner
- Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists
- Make proof of sense and sound judgment towards risk awareness
- Form the Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact
Your profile:
- Fluent in English and in FrencBachelor/Master Degree in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience
- A first experience or internship in the Fund Industry
- Good knowledge of Fund Administration (Custody, Transfer Agent, Brokers, etc.)
- Fluent in English and in French
- Other languages will be considered as an advantage
IT skills:
- Global Portfolio (GP3) is an asset
- Multi Fonds Global Investor (MFGI) is mandatory
- DATA VENDORS Requests (Ice, Bloomberg, Reuters…) is an asset
- Microsoft Package

- Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills (and this noticeable even when under pressure)
