Your Day-to-Day

As a Transfer Agency Subject Matter Expert, you will support change initiatives and process improvement projects within a Transfer Agency environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for Transfer Agency processes and systems, helping operational teams identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and risk management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Transfer Agency processes and systems.
• Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation and risk reduction.
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for change initiatives.
• Supporting impact assessments, testing, training and implementation activities.
• Working closely with Transfer Agency Operations teams and international operational centres to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.
• Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout project activities.
• Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Transfer Agency environment.

Your Profile

• Strong professional experience within Transfer Agency operations, ideally in an asset management or fund management environment.
• Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes, systems and operational workflows.
• Previous experience supporting change management, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
