Transfer Agency — Senior Consultant
Your day to day
- Process investor dealing instructions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with established procedures
- Produce daily, monthly and ad hoc reports to support operational and client requirements
- Handle and resolve queries from asset managers and investors with a clear, professional approach
- Process fund events efficiently while maintaining the integrity of investor records
- Maintain a comprehensive archive of investor and client documentation to guarantee a full audit trail
- Contribute actively to client-specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Your profile
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency or similar financial services environment
- Solid understanding of financial markets and fund operations
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Comfortable working with operational systems and data management tools
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken — mandatory
- Any additional language is considered a strong asset
SOFT SKILLS
- Strong team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Client-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to quality and accuracy
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
