ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Solutions

Your day to day

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications within ITSM framework
  • Design and implement service catalog solutions and workflows
  • Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Collaborate with IT Operations teams to optimize service delivery processes
  • Create custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop automation scripts and business rules to streamline IT operations
  • Support Service Desk operations and enhance user experience
  • Participate in ITIL process improvements and governance initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environment

Your profile

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL framework
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, Workflow
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
  • Understanding of IT Operations and Service Desk environments
  • Experience with database management and SQL queries
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in French and English required
