Senior Treasury Business Analyst – Middle Office

Your Day-to-Day

As part of a major Treasury System Replacement project, you will support the implementation and migration from an existing treasury platform (KTP) to a new solution (KBO).

Working closely with the Middle Office business team and IT departments, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the business team throughout the treasury system replacement project.
• Analysing existing business processes, workflows and system functionalities.
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Performing functional analysis and reverse engineering of the existing KTP environment.
• Analysing data flows, interfaces, system configurations and operational processes.
• Reviewing and challenging functional and technical specifications produced by IT teams.
• Assessing proposed solutions and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Contributing to the functional design and implementation of the new KBO solution.
• Ensuring consistency between Kondor Front Office, Kondor Back Office and the new treasury environment.
• Performing data mapping, reconciliation and migration activities.
• Defining test strategies, preparing test scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinating and executing functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analysing, documenting and monitoring identified defects and incidents.
• Supporting business validation, user acceptance and change management activities.
• Preparing project documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in banking, treasury or financial services.
• Proven experience in treasury system implementation, replacement or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Middle Office activities and treasury operations.
• Good command of Kondor Front Office and Kondor Back Office.
• Practical experience with KTP and KBO solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, with the ability to query, analyse and investigate data.
• Proven experience in reverse engineering of existing applications, business processes and data flows.
• Good understanding of treasury products, operational processes and associated controls.
• Strong expertise in functional analysis and business requirements gathering.
• Good understanding of the full project lifecycle, including:
  • Functional design and specifications.
  • System implementation.
  • Data migration and reconciliation.
  • Functional and integration testing.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Production deployment.

• Fluent French.
