Senior Tech Recruiter 

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Lead the full recruiting cycle for several technical and business domains, from briefing to hiring decision.
  • Advise hiring leaders on role expectations, required skills, interview structure, and selection approach.
  • Develop and run sourcing plans across multiple channels: platforms, direct search, referrals, communities, and events.
  • Build strategic talent pools and conduct regular market scans to identify emerging skill sets and competitors’ trends.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to every candidate through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics (pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, acceptance rates, quality indicators) and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain structured processes and ensure data accuracy in the ATS.

Your Profile :

  • 3–5 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong track record engaging passive talent and hiring for technical or niche roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; confident advising, aligning, and challenging when needed.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of structured interviews, competency-based assessment, and inclusive hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is considered a plus.
