Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for allocated business areas, ensuring an efficient and consistent selection process.
  • Partner with managers to define job scopes, competencies, interview plans, and evaluation methods.
  • Design multi-channel sourcing strategies to reach both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for recurring or strategic functions.
  • Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and recruitment recommendations.
  • Ensure candidates benefit from a transparent and engaging experience at every stage.
  • Track recruitment performance indicators and convert insights into actions.
  • Train interviewers on structured, fair, and competency-based interviewing practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation at events.
  • Lead or support projects around process optimisation, hiring tools, referral programs, or vendor management.
  • Guarantee compliance with data protection, internal policies, and employment regulations.
  • Mentor junior team members and work closely with HR operations for smooth onboarding transitions.

Your Profile

  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience managing full-cycle recruitment in demanding environments.
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates for senior, specialised, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, expectation setting, and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with experience analysing TA metrics.
  • Solid understanding of structured interviewing, competency frameworks, and diversity-focused hiring.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft 365.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
