Senior Reporting Officer – PERE Solutions
Your Day-to-Day:
- Prepare annual and semi-annual financial statements for investment funds and/or SPVs under various accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP)
- Manage the full reporting lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
- Review and validate financial statements produced by junior team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
- Produce and oversee complex reporting packages, ensuring overall consistency and quality
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and external auditors throughout reporting and audit processes
- Coordinate and perform regulatory filings of financial statements and related documentation via dedicated platforms (e.g. eCDF)
- Ensure strict adherence to reporting deadlines and closing schedules
- Collaborate closely with accounting teams and other internal stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Solid experience (approximately 5–10 years) in accounting, audit, financial reporting, or within the alternative investment fund industry
- Strong understanding of investment funds, financial instruments, fund structures, and related operations
- Good command of accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP – additional frameworks are a plus)
- Knowledge of key legal and financial concepts (corporate structures, legal obligations, capital transactions, financial events, valuation methods)
- Experience with audit processes related to Luxembourg-based investment funds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues effectively
- High level of ownership, commitment, and responsiveness
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with complex financial data
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting/reporting tools (e.g. Yardi, GPC, or similar) is an advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English and French is required
- German language skills are considered a plus
