Senior Personal Assistant – Executive Level
Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior executive within a financial institution.
• Manage complex agendas, coordinate meetings, business trips and ensure optimal time management.
• Prepare and review documents, presentations and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Act as a key point of contact, handling communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Organize meetings and ensure proper follow-up (minutes, action points, coordination).
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and anticipate the needs of senior management.
• Ensure smooth coordination across teams and contribute to the overall efficiency of the executive office.
Your Profile:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a demanding corporate environment.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders (C-level or executive committee level).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, reliable and able to anticipate priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in French (mandatory) and good command of English.
