Senior Fund Reporting Officer
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in Lux GAAP for investment funds, particularly mainstream funds, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the preparation of annual report presentations.
Familiarity with reporting requirements of regulatory bodies such as BCL and CSSF, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Act as a liaison between auditors, management companies (Manco), fund administrators, and other stakeholders to coordinate reporting activities effectively.
Utilize strong Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, streamline reporting processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund reporting, preferably within the investment management industry.
In-depth knowledge of Lux GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Fluent in both French and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments.
