Senior Finance Manager

Your day-to-day

  • Coordinate and oversee key Finance activities across Controlling, Accounting and Tax, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and Finance teams.
  • Act as a key business partner, facilitating communication between local operations and finance functions while providing relevant financial insight.
  • Contribute to the implementation, optimisation and maintenance of internal processes, while supporting various ad-hoc finance projects.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, analyses and KPIs to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with local management, shared service centres, corporate functions, auditors and external authorities.
  • Take ownership of core controlling activities, including:
    • Leading budgeting and forecasting exercises (activity, workforce planning, P&L)
    • Supporting and coordinating monthly closing activities, including variance analysis and performance review
    • Monitoring reporting accuracy, challenging figures where needed and ensuring consistency of financial data
    • Driving continuous process improvements and conducting ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Support accounting and tax-related matters in line with internal standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key contact during financial, tax and internal audits.
  • Contribute to finance transformation projects, including process migration and operational enhancements.
  • Partner with operational teams by providing guidance on financial topics, pricing considerations, tenders and commercial offers.
  • Provide direct support to senior Finance leadership on strategic and operational matters.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior Finance role with strong exposure to Controlling.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting and Tax principles.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis and P&L management.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
