Your Day-to-Day

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will step into a classical BA expert role within a demanding financial environment. You will be fully responsible for driving functional evolutions, releases, and parameters on the core banking platform.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Core Banking Management: Leading business analysis activities focused on the Olympic (ERI) platform, managing system releases, and optimizing functional parameters.
• Requirements Engineering: Gathering, challenging, and formalizing business needs into high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Release & Parameterization Lifecycle: Mapping out functional impacts, defining target parameters, and ensuring smooth deployment of system updates.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the core functional bridge between business representatives, operational teams, and technical developers.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Contributing to the validation of releases, ensuring alignment with functional specifications and market best practices.

Your Profile

• Experience: Senior Business Analyst with a strong and proven track record within the Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Servicing sector in Luxembourg.
• Olympic Package Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the Olympic core banking solution is strictly mandatory. You must demonstrate hands-on experience with its configuration, release management, and parameters.
• Business Analysis Toolkit: Complete mastery of the classical BA lifecycle, including independent documentation (BRD/FRD), workflow mapping, and functional specifications.
• Language Skills: Strong and fluent German language skills are mandatory (written and spoken) to interact effectively with the project environment. Professional fluency in English or French is highly valuable.
• Soft Skills: Highly autonomous, pragmatic, and stress-resistant. You possess excellent communication skills and the agility needed to deliver results in a fast-paced, urgent mission context.

Availability: Immediate availability or a very short notice period is highly preferred due to the urgent start date of the project
