Project manager support
Your day-to-day :
- Coordinate governance activities for a large IT transformation program by organising key meetings such as steering committees, operational committees, weekly follow-ups and ad-hoc sessions, including the preparation of agendas, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and deliver regular program reporting and status updates for senior management and governance bodies, ensuring clear visibility on progress, milestones and key developments.
- Contribute to the preparation of project charters describing IT work packages, required resources and associated budgets, while supporting overall program planning across the full lifecycle.
- Monitor program progress, track deliverables and milestones, and oversee budget follow-up to ensure activities remain aligned with objectives and financial expectations.
- Identify and manage dependencies and interconnections between projects and other initiatives, ensuring proper coordination and communication across the wider program landscape.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key stakeholders and organise information sessions to ensure alignment, engagement and clear communication with program stakeholders and end users.
Your profile :
- Solid experience in IT project or program management, ideally within complex digital transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, reporting frameworks and stakeholder management, with experience preparing project documentation such as charters, presentations and management reports.
- Good understanding of program lifecycle management, including planning, monitoring of deliverables, budget follow-up and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage project interdependencies and coordinate with multiple initiatives within a broader program structure.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and business representatives.
- Experience facilitating workshops, governance meetings and stakeholder communication activities, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across teams.
