Project Manager – IT Risk & Cybersecurity

Your day to day

• Manage the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity and IT risk initiatives within the organization’s security program.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and scope using project management tools.
• Translate technical requirements and cybersecurity concepts into clear deliverables and actions for contributors.
• Review and validate evidence and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, KPIs, and steering committee materials.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance committees, ensuring structured reporting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
• Support change management and promote security awareness within teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance and cybersecurity frameworks.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally focused on cybersecurity or IT risk.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g. NIST, DORA).
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructures and cybersecurity tools (e.g. Guardium, Varonis, Splunk, CyberArk, IAM, Nexus, OWASP).
• Familiarity with governance processes and documentation within regulated environments.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools (Microsoft Office, Clarity, JIRA, QlikView).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous and proactive, with a collaborative and structured approach to work.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
