Project Manager – Integration Specialist

Your Responsibilities:     

  • Project management concerning the merger of UCITS investment funds (LU, BE, IE, SP and/or other EU jurisdictions), changes of fund counterparties or delegates of the Management Company (e.g. Fund Administrator, Transfer Agent, Depositary or Investment Manager), preparation and follow-up of Fund Mergers/Contributions in Kind (CIK) and onboarding of existing EU UCITS.  
  • Integration specialist bringing technical support to the teams, manage internal and external analysis/business case, coordinate the Product Approval Process, implementation, the after-sales follow up in close cooperation with several internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Finance, Portfolio Management, Risk, Legal, Marketing, IT…) and external providers (third party providers).    
  • Working hours: full time – 40 hours per week. However, during certain periods, flexibility of working hours can be requested (between 20h to 40h per week, mainly at start and end of the projects).         
  • Presence required at ISIM’s offices. Some travel abroad may be required (EU countries).

Soft Skills:

  • Project management         
  • Strong knowledge of the fund industry and all linked technical aspects        
  • Good knowledge of UCITS law, EU Fund mergers, CIK and liquidations     
  • Must have a good experience in the set-up of investment funds, or onboarding of existing UCITS fund structures or changes applicable to existing fund structures which are domiciled in Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands or other EU countries and distributed internationally        
  • Sense of responsibility, and autonomy and pro-active
  • Experience required : From 5 to 10 years
