Pricing and Instrument Data partner

Your Day-to-Day

  • Oversee pricing and static data control activities to guarantee precise, timely, and compliant valuation of investment funds.
  • Carry out thorough review, validation, and approval of pricing processes across a variety of asset classes, markets, and valuation cycles.
  • Ensure robust control frameworks are in place, including four-eye checks, issue management, documentation, and the provision of audit evidence.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for pricing and static data matters, liaising with internal teams, service providers, and offshore partners.
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues related to pricing and static data that affect NAV calculation and reporting.
  • Maintain and oversee pricing parameters, valuation methodologies, foreign exchange controls, and client-specific pricing requirements.
  • Support fund events and ongoing operational activities, making sure any impacts on pricing and reference data are managed accordingly.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver regular management, regulatory, and client reports, including tracking key performance indicators.
  • Respond to requests from the Management Company, clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, controls, and data quality within the pricing and static data environment.

Your Profile

  • Degree (University) in economics/business administration/accounting or Final secondary school examinations 
  • Work experience more than 5 years in a similar position and environment and sound experience in fund accounting desirable
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting and pricing. 
  • High attention to detail, strong deadline management, and ability to handle time critical priorities. 
  • Comfortable working in a control driven environment with multiple stakeholders and systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to escalate and coordinate effectively across teams.
  • GP4 knowledge desirable, good command of Excel (VBA is an asset)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. 
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills.
  • A very good command of English is essential. Knowledge of German or French an advantage
