Liquidity Risk Management

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide expert support on liquidity risk management activities within a financial services environment.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance regulatory risk reports and liquidity-related documentation.
  • Contribute to the production of key regulatory deliverables, including liquidity adequacy assessments, contingency funding documentation, liquidity stress testing, and key risk indicators.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across liquidity risk frameworks and reporting processes.
  • Analyse liquidity risk data and deliver clear, well-structured insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk, Treasury, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across regulatory initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that complies with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and proactively contribute to the enhancement of liquidity risk management practices.
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate work within tight reporting deadlines.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Liquidity Risk ManagementFinancial Risk, or Regulatory Reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity risk frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Liquidity Risk Management
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Liquidity Stress Testing
  • Liquidity Adequacy Assessments
  • Contingency Funding Planning
  • Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Risk Governance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex financial risk data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWord, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
