IT PASSIF – Business Analyst IT (Passif)
Your Day-to-Day:
• Collect and analyse business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Contribute to the design of IT solutions related to core insurance systems and applications.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Support and monitor development phases, ensuring consistency with initial specifications.
• Prepare and execute test strategies, participate in user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionalities.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and coordination between internal teams and external providers.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of existing applications, including incident and change management.
• Ensure documentation of functional analyses, processes and system evolutions.
Your Profile:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst IT within financial services, ideally in insurance.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, data flows and application architecture.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL and ability to analyse and structure data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
