Your Day-to-Day

  • Analyze existing Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Support the selection and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions (ERP, accounting tools, reporting)
  • Contribute to design activities: scoping, functional architecture, and detailed specifications
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, vendors, and integrators
  • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management phases
  • Serve as a key point of contact and reference for the Finance TOM project

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within asset management
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Forecasting, Closing, Reporting, regulatory compliance, Activity-Based Costing)
  • Hands-on experience in IT Finance projects (ERP, accounting systems, reporting tools)
  • Familiarity with IT project lifecycle: scoping, design, build, testing, run
  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and advise both business and IT teams
