Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze existing Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Support the selection and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions (ERP, accounting tools, reporting)
- Contribute to design activities: scoping, functional architecture, and detailed specifications
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, vendors, and integrators
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Support testing, deployment, and change management phases
- Serve as a key point of contact and reference for the Finance TOM project
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within asset management
- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Forecasting, Closing, Reporting, regulatory compliance, Activity-Based Costing)
- Hands-on experience in IT Finance projects (ERP, accounting systems, reporting tools)
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycle: scoping, design, build, testing, run
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and advise both business and IT teams
