Business Analyst – Compliance & regulatory

Your Day-to-Day

• Act as the senior functional point of contact between business lines and regulatory stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of evolving financial regulations.
• Analyze and translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance obligations and institutional deadlines.
• Review and assess change requests related to legal and compliance applications, particularly those contributing to regulatory reporting production.
• Support the production and review of regulatory reports such as Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, Ex-Post disclosures and other institutional reporting obligations.
• Contribute to the review and adaptation of reporting frameworks impacted by system transformations and new platform integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance and Legal teams to automate, optimize and simplify regulatory processes and reporting workflows.
• Provide expertise across applications (internally developed or integrated systems) requiring follow-up, enhancements or regulatory updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to official reporting timelines and regulatory commitments.
• Share knowledge and bring senior-level expertise to strengthen cross-functional collaboration within the team.

Your Profile

• Senior Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience in regulatory, compliance or legal-driven environments within Asset Management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, Ex-Post reporting).
• Proven experience liaising between business, compliance and IT teams in complex regulatory implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Asset Management environments and regulatory constraints affecting institutional clients.
• Technical familiarity with .NET / C#, SSIS, REST APIs and Azure environments.
• AML Compliance knowledge and ITIL Foundation certification are considered strong assets.
• Excellent coordination skills, strong time management abilities and capacity to work under regulatory pressure.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and stress management capabilities.
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
