Accounting
Responsabilities:
- To assist with the review of periodic and annual reports of a portfolio of Lux companies, including notably quarterly trial balances, annual financial statements, tax returns and VAT returns
- To assist the Senior Financial Controller with the review of quarterly reporting of Funds prepared in accordance with IFRS
- In relation with companies’ auditors and advisors, to provide them with requested data collated from different locations and resolving issues
- To look after various legal entities from an accounting, corporate, tax and compliance point of view including liaising with external advisors
- To participate in the preparation of the investor reporting package in accordance with the investor specific requirements / templates
- To participate in the weekly monitoring of cash balances of various entities
- To liaise with the deal team on a regular basis and to help them to structure investments in Luxembourg
Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Finance / Economics
- At least 3-4 years of total experience, at least 2 years in a fiduciary or accounting departments
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the Real Estate or Private Equity business
- Energetic and solutions based team player who is willing to help and support colleagues
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German and/or French would be considered as an advantage
