Experienced Senior Transfer Agent

Your day-to-day :

Support the transfer agency team in managing day-to-day operational activities related to investor transactions.
Process and monitor dealing activities for open-ended investment funds, including subscription, redemption and switch orders.
Ensure accurate processing of investor transactions in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate settlement activities related to fund transactions and ensure timely completion of operational workflows.
Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies or operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to ongoing operational projects and process improvements within the transfer agency function.
Assist with transaction monitoring, reconciliation checks and reporting where required.
Maintain accurate records of investor transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Work closely with other operational teams to ensure smooth execution of transfer agency activities.

Your profile :

Proven experience within a Transfer Agency environment, ideally focused on investor dealing and transaction processing.
Hands-on experience handling investor transactions for open-ended investment funds, including UCITS structures.
Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including settlement processes.
Familiarity with transfer agency operations such as subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transaction reconciliation.
Ability to manage operational tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different operational teams.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Professional experience in the investment fund industry, ideally within a Luxembourg-based operational framework.
