Depositary Officer

Your Day-to-Day

As part of a financial services environment, you will join a Depositary team responsible for overseeing and monitoring investment funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring fund activities and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Performing cash monitoring and asset verification activities.
• Reviewing investment transactions and ensuring appropriate oversight of fund operations.
• Following up on settlements, reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Contributing to the review of fund documentation and operational processes.
• Liaising with internal teams, fund administrators and other stakeholders when required.
• Supporting the preparation of reports, controls and regulatory documentation.
• Identifying and escalating operational or compliance issues when necessary.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in Depositary, Fund Administration, Custody, Fund Accounting or Middle Office is an advantage.
• Good understanding of investment funds and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with UCITS and/or alternative investment funds is appreciated.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Good command of English; French is considered an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a regulated and international financial environment.
