Consultant Expert Murex

Your Day-to-Day

Contribute to the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Murex financial system within the financial applications team.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and Risk Management teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Murex modules, with strong involvement in Front Office, Reporting, and Onyx/MxTest components.
Lead and execute non-regression test campaigns using MxTest to ensure solution quality and system stability.
Design and maintain financial reports including DataMart, P&L, Market Value, and Risk figures.
Manage dynamic tables, simulation views, and trade queries for data analysis and reporting.
Oversee the full trade life cycle and ensure proper integration of financial instruments within the system.
Produce clear documentation of business requirements, technical configurations, and implemented solutions.

Your Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience working with the Murex financial system within a banking or financial institution.
Strong functional knowledge of:
- Fixed Income
- Money Markets
- Interest Rate Swaps
- Cross Currency Swaps
- FX Derivatives
Proven expertise in:
- Front Office module – configuration, simulation, and trade life cycle
- Reporting / DataMart – design and optimization
- Onyx / MxTest – implementation and test management
Good understanding of front-to-back processes and interaction between business and technical teams.
Highly reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized and autonomous, able to deliver within deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
