Business Analyst – Transfer Agency (Fund Services)
Your day to day
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements from operational teams
- Act as interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support enhancement and optimisation of transfer agency processes
- Participate in system evolutions (functional analysis, specifications)
- Contribute to testing phases (UAT) and validation of deliverables
- Ensure documentation of processes, requirements and changes
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders across operations and projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within fund administration activities
Your profile
- Previous experience as Business Analyst within fund services / transfer agency / asset management environment
- Strong understanding of transfer agency processes and fund operations
- Familiarity with fund administration / TA systems (e.g. Multifonds or equivalent tools)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset, high energy, ability to take initiative and drive topics forward
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- English fluent (additional languages considered an asset)
