Business Analysit for MILES platform
Your Day-to-Day:
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to banking financial products, particularly loans, guarantees and risk-sharing instruments.
- Support the onboarding of new intermediated products and the migration of existing products from legacy tools to a proprietary banking platform.
- Identify functional gaps between business processes, contractual agreements and system capabilities.
- Draft clear functional specifications and collaborate closely with business users, monitoring teams and IT stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile or Waterfall project activities, including backlog management and feature prioritization. • Prepare and execute functional test cases, analyse results and support user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to data migration activities, ensuring data quality and integrity during system transitions.
- Assist in the documentation of procedures, user guides and operational processes for the platform.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of banking financial instruments such as loans, guarantees and risk-sharing products.
- Understanding of financial product back-office servicing and banking operational processes.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional specification writing and business analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project environments and tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Experience in testing activities (test cases, test data preparation and execution)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a project environment.
