Your day to day

  • Assist with monthly closings and financial follow-ups
  • Manage payments and invoicing
  • Send accounting and tax documents to external service providers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail; organize, track, and archive documents
  • Manage external correspondence with suppliers, service providers, and regulatory authorities
  • Organize management and executive committee meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department
  • Track payments and availability (first line of monitoring)
  • Process and enter invoices in the payment system
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and archiving
  • Coordinate and track the document signature process

Your profile

  • Bac+2 to Bac+3 in accounting, finance, or management
  • Prior experience in accounting, audit, or financial environment (investment funds, asset management) is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and general office tools
  • Organized, rigorous, and reactive
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and anticipation
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
