Your Day-to-Day:

You support the preparation of Asset Inventories for year-end activities or specific fund events requiring audit.
Collecting all necessary information from the relevant teams to produce the Asset Inventory.
Reviewing, checking and validating financial and operational data received.
Delivering the final inventory reports within agreed deadlines and responding to auditors’ questions.
Coordinating the full campaign and managing issues raised by the different stakeholders involved (such as safekeeping, fund accounting or management teams).
Producing accurate and high-quality deliverables for the campaign timeline.
Using standard office tools and financial applications to perform the mission efficiently.

Your Profile:

You demonstrate a strong understanding of the funds industry, securities markets, depositary functions and/or central administration.
Knowing the regulatory frameworks applicable to investment funds, including UCITS and AIFM.
Bringing functional expertise in fund accounting and/or depositary oversight, especially regarding safekeeping duties.
Mastering standard PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and being comfortable with financial systems.
Working with precision, reliability and respect for deadlines.
Communicating fluently in French and English.
Showing autonomy, organisation skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
Acting with strict confidentiality regarding all financial information handled during the assignment.
