Business Implementation – Fund Dealing Services

Your Day-to-Day

As part of the Fund Dealing Services (FDS) team, you will manage and coordinate client onboarding and implementation projects, including new client launches, migrations, fund mergers, fund liquidations and other client events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate client onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through to business-as-usual.
• Organise and participate in project meetings and conference calls with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Perform detailed gap analysis of client requirements and define the appropriate operating model.
• Identify deviations from the target operating model and work with Business Change Management teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage the negotiation and signature of Operating Memoranda and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Luxembourg operational teams and external service providers to ensure that operational setups, processes and flows are correctly implemented.
• Lead and coordinate asset migrations, including mutual funds, hedge funds and cash, where applicable.
• Define and document roles and responsibilities between stakeholders involved in migration projects.
• Work closely with transversal teams including Global Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary & Fiduciary Services, and Market & Financing Services.
• Maintain and monitor the client event pipeline, ensuring accurate information and anticipating potential capacity or delivery issues.
• Coordinate SWIFT and internal platform connectivity, including testing to ensure transaction flows are ready for Day One.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes by proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Lead or participate in Post-Implementation Reviews and implement lessons learned.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in fund operations, fund dealing, fund administration or financial services implementation.
• Experience managing client onboarding, migrations or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of fund operational processes and transaction flows.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a project environment.
• Good understanding of operating models, gap analysis and process implementation.
• Experience with SWIFT connectivity and/or financial systems is an advantage.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.
