TA AML UCITS
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage AML/KYC files independently, covering the full range of due diligence, from simplified to enhanced due diligence.
- Conduct AML/KYC reviews and risk assessments as part of investor onboarding and periodic recertification processes, in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the collection and verification of documentation, screening, risk assessment and approval workflows, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Apply relevant regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT, AMLD6, FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, UBO identification and DAC6.
- Liaise with clients, investors and internal or external stakeholders throughout the onboarding and KYC review process.
- Maintain accurate records of AML/KYC requests, ensuring reliable data management and comprehensive tracking from initiation to completion.
- Prepare high-risk client assessments and coordinate their submission to Compliance for review and approval.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared objectives.
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational issues related to AML/KYC activities.
- Identify potential risks, delays and blocking points, escalating them to management alongside appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of KYC files in line with applicable policies and procedures.
- Contribute to AML/KYC-related projects and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Act as a key point of contact for AML/KYC queries, providing guidance and support throughout the review process.
Your Profile:
- Hold a degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in AML/KYC, Compliance or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Possess strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg.
- Have experience working with clients or investors in Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt or Infrastructure.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of investor due diligence, risk assessment, client recertification and regulatory compliance.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Be fluent in English; proficiency in French, German or Italian would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive, solution-oriented and able to think critically when addressing complex situations.
- Have experience managing short-term projects, coordinating deliverables and meeting deadlines.
