Business Analyst – MFTA

Your Day-to-Day

As part of an international financial environment, you will contribute to business analysis activities related to funds and financial operations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the implementation and evolution of financial applications and systems.
• Preparing and maintaining business and functional documentation.
• Coordinating with IT teams, developers and business users throughout project delivery.
• Participating in testing, UAT and validation activities.
• Following up on incidents, change requests and system enhancements.
• Supporting project planning, status reporting and stakeholder communication.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector.
• Good understanding of investment funds, financial products or asset management.
• Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and functional requirements.
• Experience with UAT, testing and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; and French.
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial environment is a plus.
