UX Designer
Your Day to Day
- Lead the UX design process from user research and ideation through prototyping, validation and implementation.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams to translate user and business needs into effective digital experiences.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to identify user needs and continuously improve solutions.
- Design intuitive and consistent experiences across different platforms, devices and screen sizes.
- Create and maintain low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems by creating, adapting and improving reusable components.
- Facilitate collaborative design workshops and contribute to a user-centred design culture.
- Ensure design solutions remain aligned with product objectives, user expectations and technical constraints.
- Work within an Agile environment and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Profile
- Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics or a related field.
- 3–4+ years of experience as a UX / Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your contribution to digital products and user experiences.
- Proven experience in user research, usability testing and user-centred design.
- Strong understanding of the complete UX lifecycle: research, concept, design, prototyping, validation and implementation.
- Experience in interaction design, visual design and prototyping.
- Good knowledge of Figma or equivalent UX/UI design tools.
- Experience designing web applications is an asset.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, proactive and autonomous working style.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
