Senior Fund Migration Project Manager
Your day to day
• Lead complex fund migration and conversion projects within a financial services environment.
• Manage fund migrations, conversions, launches, mergers and other fund lifecycle events.
• Coordinate clients, external providers and internal teams throughout the migration.
• Manage project plans, migration roadmaps, RAID logs and governance reporting.
• Coordinate teams across Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Accounting,
• Middle Office and Technology.
• Oversee data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and project constraints.
• Lead working groups and steering committees.
• Drive improvements in migration processes, controls and documentation.
Your profile
• 5–10 years of project management experience within financial services or asset servicing.
• Proven experience in fund migrations, conversions, launches, mergers or other fund events.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration, transfer agency, custody and fund accounting.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliations, testing and cutover activities.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Fluent English; French and/or German is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM certification is a plus.
